Markos Sigalas

Markos Sigalas is the Procurement Director at Grigoris S.A., one of Greece’s leading coffee and food service chains. With over 25 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management, he has developed strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supply chain optimization. Since joining Grigoris in 2009, he has held several key leadership positions, including Buyer, Purchasing Manager, and Supply Chain Director. In his current role, he leads the company’s procurement strategy, overseeing supplier partnerships, cost optimization initiatives, and sourcing operations across the organization. His professional focus includes supplier relationship management, negotiation strategy, and building resilient supply chains. Prior to Grigoris, Markos spent nearly a decade at Selman S.A., where he worked in international procurement and logistics management. He has completed executive education in Management & Leadership at the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE) and advanced professional studies in Supply Chain Management through IFPSM.
