He is expert in identifying new business/process improvement opportunities and increasing operational profits. He adepts at formulating standard operating procedures, business strategies, recruiting high calibre staff, and resolving impending/digital issues.
Earlier in his career, Spiros held senior executive positions including CEO of Ethniki Insurance, Deputy General Manager & Group Chief Procurement Officer at the National Bank of Greece, and Group COO at Cosmote Mobile Telecommunications, while also leading integration, risk, and audit functions at institutions such as EFG Eurobank and ABN AMRO Bank. He is a Chartered Accountant & Auditor (ACCA).
