Konstantinos Moros

Dr. Moros is currently a Director in Technology Consulting at the AI & Data Center of Excellence, where he leads various AI-enabled transformation initiatives. Previously, he served for 4 years as Global Director at EY Global Digital Consulting Products & Platforms, driving global product management and AI/GenAI initiatives. Over his EY career, he has also held senior leadership roles including Senior Manager, member of EY’s global think tank for business performance & innovation, CESA Consulting Markets Coordinator, and member of the CESA Data & Analytics Center of Excellence. He has participated in more than 35 major consulting engagements with leading private and public organizations in Greece, CESA, and internationally, across consumer goods & services, retail, energy, manufacturing, telecoms, banking, and insurance.

He is a regular member of the CFA Institute, the “Education-Innovation-Entrepreneurship” committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, the Institute for Operations Research & Management Sciences (INFORMS), the Academy of Management, and the Production & Operations Management Society (POMS), where he also served as a Practice Leader recognized for sharing practical knowledge with academic members. In academia, he has served as an Adjunct Professor, teaching corporate strategy and AI-enabled operations strategy, while also contributing as a keynote speaker and subject-matter expert at international conferences, workshops, competitions, and executive trainings. Moreover, he has supported technology entrepreneurship as the Main Lecturer and Trainer of the MIT Enterprise Forum-Greece, where he trained more than 550 entrepreneurs from 200 technology startups with an average participant rating of 9.3/10.

He holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the American College of Greece, an MSc in Finance from the University of Strathclyde Business School (top 5% of the graduating class), and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also completed an MSc in Research Methodologies of Management Science at IE Business School with an outstanding final grade, focusing on operations management and corporate strategy. In addition, he earned a PhD in Business Administration with distinction from IE Business School in Madrid, specializing in operations management research and corporate strategic planning.
